<p>A <a href="https://www.dailyfaceoff.com/news/top-50-free-agents-board-nhl-2025-leafs-mitch-marner-14-million">number of big names</a> are set to hit the market this summer, and if Boeser walks, it opens up some cap room for the team in pursuing one of these targets, especially with the salary cap set to go up. There has also been some discussion about what the Canucks may be able to offer in a trade this summer, including if <a href="https://canucksarmy.com/news/why-vancouver-canucks-should-aim-trade-draft-picks-not-nhl-ready-prospects-summer">their top picks in the 2025 draft could possibly be on the table.</a></p>
